| Moorage Our location close to downtown Ladysmith makes our marina a popular choice for boaters. Being a not-for-profit, volunteer-run, community organization also means we have affordable rates. With a community focus and our volunteer contribution, our spaces are competitively priced. Although we have a waiting list for contract moorage, you are invited to get your name on the list, as we are continuing the expansion of our space and our services. People are welcome on our docks anytime. Increasing numbers come down to the community dock to eat their lunch on our picnic tables or enjoy the coming and going of boats - or to soak up the peace and quiet of the docks. Kids are welcome with their parents anytime too. Please be sure your child uses one of the loaner lifejackets in the dinghy beside the Kids Don't Float sign. We have a new kid-size picnic table and a special marine life viewing dock just for our younger visitors.
